Do I need prior knowledge? No. Start with Guided Mode.
Can I use the application without the Internet? Local planning is intended to work without an AI account. The described offline trial period and license activation belong to the planned licensing model; purchase and activation have not yet been enabled.
Why is my milling time so long? The catalog values are conservative. Allow larger shank diameters in Guided Mode, or adjust stepdown and stepover in expert mode.
Why is “Recalculate” orange? You have changed something. The old path is no longer appropriate and must be recalculated.
Why is my calculation blocked? The application has found a problem, e.g. a tool that is too short, fixture contact, or a part outside the stock. The message states the cause and solution.
Can I send directly to my machine? Not yet in the beta. Export the file and transfer it using USB, an SD card or the manufacturer's software.
Is my file sent to the AI? No, only dimensions and metrics – and only when you actively use the AI assistant.
Can I share projects? Yes. A .mocnc file contains everything needed, but no license or connection data.
